Hog Slat began operations in North Carolina in 1989 providing solutions and equipment for the poultry industry. In 1995, Hog Slat acquired a large company in Georgia that had 8 stores. We then renamed the company Georgia Poultry.
Since then, Georgia Poultry has continued to grow in the broiler producing regions of the United States. Currently, more than 24 Georgia Poultry stores and an additional 22 sales representatives sell poultry equipment.
The sales team members are highly experienced professionals in the industry with more than 300 years of experience. Our sales representatives are experts in the broiler, turkey and table egg industries.
In 2011, we decided to expand our activities to the egg industry. Currently located largely in the Midwest, our company supplies breeders with replacement parts and helps install turn key systems.
