  1. Right to object (Article 77 of the EU General Data Protection Regulation)

You have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, insofar as you consider that the processing of personal data concerning you violates the European General Data Protection Regulation.

  1. Legal basis for processing

Article 6 I letter a of the General Data Protection Regulation serves our company as the legal basis for processing operations for which we obtain consent for a specific processing purpose. Where the processing of personal data is necessary for the performance of a contract to which the data subject is a party, as is the case, for example, to processing operations that are necessary for the delivery of goods or for the provision of another service or counter-performance, the processing is based on Article 6 I letter b of the EU General Data Protection Regulation. The same applies to such processing operations that are necessary for the fulfilment of pre-contractual measures, for example, in the case of requests for information about our products or services. If our company is subject to a legal obligation that requires the processing of personal data, for example for the fulfillment of tax obligations, the processing is based on Article 6 I letter c of the EU General Data Protection Regulation. In isolated cases, the processing of personal data may become necessary to protect the vital interests of the data subject or of another natural person. This would be the case, for example, if a visitor were injured on our company's premises and their name, age, health insurance details or other vital information had to be passed on to a doctor, hospital or other third party. The processing would then be based on Article 6 I(d) of the EU General Data Protection Regulation. Finally, processing operations could be based on Article 6(i)(f) of the EU General Data Protection Regulation. Processing operations not covered by any of the legal bases mentioned above are based on this legal basis, insofar as processing is necessary to protect a legitimate interest of our company or of a third party, provided that the interests, fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject do not prevail. We are authorized to carry out such processing operations in particular because they have been specifically mentioned by the European legislator. In this respect, it considered that the existence of a legitimate interest could be presumed if the data subject is a client of the controller responsible for the data processing (recital 47 sentence 2 of the EU General Data Protection Regulation).

  1. Legitimate interest in processing by the controller responsible for processing or by a third party

Where the processing of personal data is based on Article 6 I letter f of the EU General Data Protection Regulation, our legitimate interest is to conduct our business in favour of the welfare of all our employees and associates.

  1. Duration for which personal data are stored

The criterion for the duration of storage of personal data is represented by the applicable legal archiving term. Once this period has expired, the corresponding data are routinely deleted, provided that they are no longer necessary for the performance or initiation of a contract.

  1. Legal or contractual provisions regarding the provision of personal data; the need to conclude the contract; the obligation of the data subject to provide the personal data; possible consequences of fulfilling the data obligation

We would like to inform you that the provision of personal data is partly required by law (e.g. tax regulations) or may also result from contractual provisions (e.g. information about the contractual partner). In certain situations, for the conclusion of a contract, it may be necessary for a data subject to provide us with personal data that must be further processed by us. For example, the data subject is obliged to provide us with personal data if our company concludes a contract with him. Non-compliance with the obligation to provide personal data would mean that the contract with the data subject cannot be concluded. Before the data subject provides the personal data, he must contact one of our employees. Our employee will inform the data subject, on a case-by-case basis, whether the provision of personal data is required by law or contract or is necessary for the conclusion of the contract, whether there is an obligation to provide the personal data and what would be the consequences if the personal data were not provided.

  1. Existence of automated decision-making

As a responsible company, we do not use automated decision-making or profiling.
